Hello, newcomers! Thank you for following! My name is Cat! It’s nice to meet you! If you wish to RP, I do have some open starters or you could always jump into my ask box so we can plot for a lengthy thread!  Before you hop to those decisions though, I do have some basic rules that I would really like you to read and follow.
