True story, we had an absolutely terrible experience at the Holiday Inn (Superdome location) in New Orleans. The staff was combative and determined to point out things that "we should have known" when in actuality they were things that "they should've disclosed". Their behavior impacted 5 women, who have the potential too spread that negative experience like wildfire 🔥🔥 (I'm doing my part now). That made me think...if a conglomerate can have a negative experience that leads to poor reviews on yelp and sharing of that negative experience on social media....how devastating are negative reviews to your small business? If your employees are misrepresenting your business it's your fault! You either hired wrong, trained wrong or didn't set proper expectations....either way it is impacting your bottomline...your yams, scratch, ducketts, coins, paper 💰💰💰. Don't have time to train?
