Person of Interest #511 “Synecdoche”

In this week’s episode of Person of Interest, Finch heads across country while talking with the Machine and the rest of the team heads to Washington D.C. to protect the President.

Reese and Fusco watch as Root is buried in an anonymous grave in a cemetery somewhere. This is actually Morningside Park near 115th Street.

Finch is in Kentucky fixing his stolen car and having a conversation with the Machine when a local cop arrives to ask him some questions. This street is Bedford Road near the Roosevelt State Park Preserve to the northeast of Sleepy Hollow upstate.

Shaw is spinning in Morningside Park near 117th Street when Reese approaches her and asks her to rejoin the fight.

Reese watches the White House from Pennsylvania Avenue on the north side.

Shaw uses the invite from the Machine and Reese finds another way into the fundraiser where the President is scheduled to attend. This event is being held in the Sleepy Hollow Country Club near where Finch was pulled over earlier.

The President’s motorcade stops near the venue, but quickly pulls away when the bombs go off. This parking lot is behind Mt. Vernon City Hall.

Finch has arrived in Texas and is eating in a diner while talking with the Machine and keeping an eye out for someone. This is the Landmark Diner in Ossining to the north of where Finch was before (a few blocks from Sing Sing).

Reese watches the President’s motorcade pass by on Roosevelt Square North across the street from the city hall.

Shaw enters the house owned by the conspirators and sees them gathered in celebration of their upcoming attack. The interiors of the brownstone are also at Sleepy Hollow Country Club.

Reese scouts the plaza outside a museum in D.C. where the President is giving a speech. This is Roosevelt Square in front of Mt. Vernon City Hall.

Shaw takes up position across from museum atop the Roosevelt Square Professional Building.

Shaw and Reese head down through the building next to the museum and eventually end up out back disguised as soldiers with the help of Joey Durban. These are the interiors and rear entrance of the City Hall.

Meanwhile, back in Texas Finch has broken into a secret USCYBERCOM facility at Kelly Air Force Base to steal a computer virus to use against Samaritan. This data center appears to be TierPoint Westchester, located in Hawthorne just to the east of Sleepy Hollow.

Reese and Fusco are brought to the west end of the National Mall’s Reflecting Pool near the Lincoln Memorial where they learn about the Machine’s second team for irrelevant Numbers.
