#thwwich progress update

About 4K is going for the first section and I'm close-ish to done. This conversation is really fucking important and I love it but it might be cut down after another read-through.

I'm thinking there will be approximately four sections in this chapter, with the last probably being the shortest and three of them Kokichi POV. So that'll be fun. I think I've said before this is literally my favorite chapter in the entire fic and I've been anticipating it for a long time. So I'm hopeful to get it where I want it.

Wassup, I had a couple hours today so I got back to it. We’re still on section 1 but it’s because I’m trying to get the prose right, and often I write big paragraphs to try out different metaphors. Which of course means I cut down quite a bit on editing.

Mostly just did some tweaking of the first two sections, then got a bit into the third section. Not running into any hiccups so far, knocking on all the wood.

That section ended up taking a lot shorter time than I thought it would, so I'll probably not do the whole "splitting this chapter up" idea after all.

The conversation in this section was a lot easier for me, I had next to no rewriting needed. Maybe just 'cause I knew better what I wanted from it, or because it has my queen my beloved my darling Kyoko Kirigiri, idk. I love her so much holy lord.

What's up. I actually got past the conversation that was giving me so much fucking trouble, yayyyy. I finished the first section and realized it's 8K long so um. If this next section is also about that long, I may split this chapter into two and just have a smaller chapter than normal, but I'm gonna see how I feel once I get the next couple sections done.

If we break it into two, I won't have a co//mm for this chapter, though... Maybe I'll see if I can get a quick-ish one, though I have absolutely no idea what I'd co//mm for it pfft.
