35. "I hate you, GO!" "..okay" "NO DONT GOOOOO" 😋😋
You sniffled as you rubbed your nose and letout a small cough. Jinyoung glanced over at you with a soft look in his eyes asyou leaned your head back against the couch and took a deep breath.
“Jagi, are you feeling okay?” he asked gentlyfrom the seat next to you. You closed your eyes and let out a small moan. Heput his hand on your face and brushed the hair away from your eyes, placing hishand on your forehead.
“Aish, you’re really burning up! Come on, I’mtaking you to your bed,” Jinyoung said. You moaned again as Jinyoung put hisarm around your waist, helping you up off the couch. You felt the blood rush toyour head and held it in your hands, fully feeling the effects of the flu forthe first time.
Somehow, Jinyoung managed to get you up to yourroom and underneath your covers. You fell in and out of consciousness, hearinghim come in now and then to leave medicine or water for you.
At one point, you woke up and propped yourselfup on the pillow, reaching over and taking some of the medicine that Jinyounghad left for you.
“Hey jagi, how are you feeling?” You jumped abit as you heard Jinyoung’s voice, realizing that he was sitting in a chairnext to you.
“Oh, hi Jin,” you said, slowly. To you, it soundedlike you were shouting, but from the way Jinyoung leaned in closer with aslightly confused look on his face, you realized that you were probablywhispering. Your head was pounding and you flopped back down on the bed, moaningin pain.
“Aish, be more careful jagi,” Jinyoung said, taking a wet towel and bringing it to your forehead. You closed your eyes athis gentle touch and drifted off into sleep.
The next time you awoke, it was dark and youwere feeling a little better…or so you thought. You shot up like a bullet inyour bed and felt your hands vibrate. The effects of the medicine must havebeen getting to you and you felt like someone had pumped pints of caffeine intoyour system.
Your eyes darted around the room until theyfell on a figure that was half on-half off the bed, sleeping soundly. Your mindtold you to stop, but your body was too fast and you immediately shook thesleeping boy.
“Jin. Pssst…Jin!” You whisperedenthusiastically. Your body felt light and you let out a small snicker as Jinyoungstirred awake and groggily said your name.
“Y/N? Are you feeling okay?” he asked, rubbinghis eyes. You leaned back and forth and felt yourself laugh heartily at thecuteness of your boyfriend.
“I feel amazing!” you exclaimed. “And you lookso cute, Jin!” Jinyoung gave you a confused look before realizing that it mustbe your medicine kicking in.
“Ah, jagiya, please try to get some sleep,”Jinyoung pleaded, tiredly. You stopped laughing immediately and pointed at him.
“No! Don’t tell me what to do!” you exclaimed angrilybefore bursting into a fit of giggles. Jinyoung groaned once more and pressedhis face into the covers, sighing heavily.
“Jagiya,” he said, as sweetly as he could at3:00 in the morning. “Please, just drink some water and please try to go tosleep,” he remarked, taking your hand. You pulled it away from him and pointedtowards the door.
“No! I hate you! GO!” you said, yelling oncemore. Jinyoung gave you a solemn look, trying to decide if you were beingserious or just joking. When you didn’t break his eye contact he let go of youand pulled away a bit.
“…okay…” he said, uncertainly, starting to getup. You immediately pouted and grabbed onto his shirt.
“NO DON’T GOOOOO!” you drawled out, feeling theblood rush to your head once more. Jinyoung turned back around and took yourshoulders into his hand, gently pushing you back onto the pillows.
You groaned once more as he pet your headlovingly. You felt the room begin to spin as you closed your eyes and sleepbegan to take over. The last thing you heard before falling into darkness wasthe sweet voice of your caring boyfriend.
“It’s okay jagiya. I’m not going anywhere.”
