What do you think of thundercapitan? (Zeus/Ody) Would Zeus have the same empathy as your Poseidon? If you take Zeus out of the context of devoting waters
Never heard of the Thunder captain ship name but I have stumbled across Zeus/Ody multiple times, although I have the same issue as other ships with Odysseus (unless it's Penelope); it's sexualized, so I wouldn't have a solid opinion.
But but but... If I wrote it, it would probably be somewhat different. But I can't see Zeus having a relationship with Odysseus very well, mainly because of how he's often represented. But if I did take the creative liberty and wrote about them, it wouldn't be the same as Odyseidon. Zeus would most likely use Odysseus as a plaything at first and eventually, maybe, gain some feelings for Odysseus; or the other way around where Odysseus falls for Zeus somehow.
Zeus wouldn't have the same empathy as Poseidon whatsoever no matter the circumstances; he was the one that confirmed him to kill his entire crew after all, meanwhile Poseidon was only killed because of revenge. Zeus just wanted to kill somebody because he was bored and wanted to be a show off with his thunder fingers.
Summary: I don't have a solid opinion for the ship because it's Zeus and the ship is very sexualized, and if I wrote it myself it probably wouldn't change much, just leave some of the smut out. But that doesn't mean it won't happen
