Ok so the only casualties were his wrist wraps because they were made for a doll with less gigantic hands, but those were just made with simple linen so it's an easy fix.
His skirt also ended up super high waisted because Thunderbull is a bit thicc, but I can just pop the top snaps off and redo (...or...maybe change how it closes entirely. A lace-up or tie system would fit him better...)
