see  the  first  q     !          she  very  much  likes  her  powers  for  a  lot  of  reasons     ——     it  suits  her  personality ,  makes  her  feel  POWERFUL ,  she  likes  the  physical  changes          (     glowing  eyes     //     gold - speckled  hair     ) ,          she’s  always  loved  storms ,  and  she’s  chaotic  af  so  likes  to  y’know.  shake  people  up  with  a  little  noise.

     SHE  TAKES  A  DEEP  BREATH     /     a  steadying  pause     /     and  eyes  turn  upon  the  other  who  had  spoken.  gathering  herself.        “    it’s  that  obvious    ?    ”        and  then ,  a  GRIN.  deliberately  placed  and  strangely  unnerving  in  the  way  it  curls.        “    oh ,  you  know  how  men  are.  ‘specially  at  this  time ,  ‘round  these  places.    ”        a  gesture  to  the  thudding  music     //     neon  lights  of  a  nearby  club.        “    but   NO  WORRIES.    ”        a  thunderclap  echoes  off  the  building  and ,  a  moment  later ,  a  flash  of   LIGHTNING    !        strikes  quite  a  shadow  across  the  face  on  which  a  grin  grows  wider        (    and  maybe ,  in  the  distance ,  the  man’s  screeching  suddenly  stops    ).        “    he’ll  get  what  he  deserves.    ”

               “    SIX    ?          SIX  OF  WHAT    ?    ”        there’s  a  pause     //     a  snort  of  sudden  laughter.  arms  fold  across  her  chest.        “    colour    ?        temperature    ?        actually ,  don’t  think  there’s  a   colour  six.    ”        teeth  catch  a  bottom  lip  as  she  considers ,  still  smiling  as  she  studies  the  other.        “    or  just  a  GENERAL  SIX    ?        ‘cause  i’d  say  you’re  at  least  a   7.3 ,   mate.    ”

when  they   ‘  teleport  ’   they  don’t  actually  just  disappear  in  one  place  and  reappear  in  another.  they  do  travel ,  just  at  a  superhuman  speed  and ,  like  demons ,  they  aren’t  bound  by  the  laws  of  physics.  to  one  of  my  weather  characters ,  when  they  travel  it  looks  much  like  when  crowley     &     hastur  are  flying  through  the  phone  lines  EXCEPT ,  obviously ,  they’re  going  through  the  sky  instead.  they  do  need  to  know  the  way  to  where  they’re  going     /     can  get  lost     /     and  can  be  affected  by  outside  influences.  for  example ,  they  will  get  wet  travelling  through  or  near  rain  clouds ,  and  they  could        (    if  they  were  very  unlucky    )        hit  a  bird  or  a  plane.
