I hope that thule!simon and janus can make peace and console each other and that they end up together so jimon finally becomes canon

I was going trough my highlights in my ebook copy of CoLS looking for information for another post. I didn’t find it but I came across something that intrigued me.

It’s from Chapter 17: Valediction. Part of the conversation between Jace and Clary.

“Greater Demons don’t die. Not really. Greater Demons inhabit the spaces between worlds, the great Void, the emptiness. What Simon did was shatter her power, send her in shreds back to the nothingness she came from. But she’ll slowly reform there. Be reborn. It would take centuries…”

This is similar to what happened to Belial in TLH and how someone (most likely Sammael) helped raise Lilith in Thule.

I don’t think my theory is very likely but it would be very interesting if to stop greater demons from reforming they have to get rid of the void between the realms. If realms means alternate worlds like Thule and Edom what if the realms have to be combined into one : that instead of there being this multiverse of possibilities there is now only one reality at stake. If their world falls that it- there is no other world where things could be better.
