Even under the extenuating circumstances of last night, Deku didnāt lose himself like so many of the others had.Ā
After the drug hit him, he dropped to the ground. Hunched over. Screaming. Pulling at his hair. I think he mustāve bit through his tongue. Blood was pouring out of his mouth.Ā
Dekuās dealt with a massive amount of injuries in the past.Ā
Hell, when we were training to be heroes, there was a time when he couldnāt even use his Quirk without breaking his bones. He has an extreme threshold for pain.Ā
Even so, Iāve never heard him sound like that before.Ā
And even so, Deku wouldāve sooner clawed his own eyes out than hurt anybody that was there. You donāt have to know him to know that. And when it was over, when heād... shifted, I guess, there were only a few moments of silence before heād started to help.Ā
Deku was one of the ones thatād helped capture the heroes that were rampaging around us. He didnāt use any unnecessary force, and once heād captured once person, he quickly moved onto the next.Ā
