Night Out || Aphrodite&Ares
     The lights of Hadesâ nightclub illuminated the soft pink she wore as she stepped inside, a few rings on her fingers clicking against the metal handle of her purse that was somewhat weighed down by the stun gun inside. She actually hadnât gone anywhere without it and, while it hadnât been used, it definitely made her feel more confident about leaving her apartment, especially at night.Â
     The stun gun, hidden away however, didnât stop people looking at her - how were they to know she was now armed and dangerous? Tea was used to most of the types of glances, like simple lingering eyes as she past, but since she had met Hades sheâd noticed it seemed like some of the security there watched her with a little more focus, and it hadnât been nearly as bad as it was that night, her eyes catching one whispering something into a set of headphones as she settled at the bar.
      Nerves getting the better of her as she sat, silver heels coming together on the barstool, one hand reached for the flap of her purse. Surely Hades wasnât suddenly mad at her that sheâd called him a name, but what if...her advice had been poor and he was mad it hadnât worked? All suspicions were off base but her nails grazed the handle of the stun gun as she was asked what she wanted to drink.
