Thrifty
My cousins take my grandpa black Friday shopping every year and last year they bought him coffee and donuts. They are also very thrifty which is good. So they get there and my grandpa says to the guy at the desk. "my granddaughter is buying me coffee." "oh that's nice of her." My cousin steps up and pulls out her wallet from her purse. Then proceeds to pull out a coupon for a free cup of coffee and hand it over. Man at register: *uncontrollable laughter*
If you think my mother did not just score me a vintage bedroom set for $50 TOTAL, you would be wrong.

A few new thrifty finds from some of my favorite second hand stores.
This heavy handmade stoneware vase has been a highly sought after item, all of our vases are little and utterly useless when it comes to actually holding more than three flowers.
Another vase, like we don't have enough... I went a little daffodil crazy, but this just proves that it too can hold more than three flowers.
Loving the new soapstone tea light holder, unsure of the weird ceramic egg/ poop thing.
A black totem pole to keep old chompy here company. Enough said.
The fireplace mantel is starting to pull together, but I'm neurotic and will never really be satisfied and at this rate will probably have to start an Etsy shop to unload some of the rejects.
