Had a long-awaited meet up with girl friends from university yesterday and we ended up browsing Sephora and a Watsons sale thereafter. As with all cosmetic related endeavours I ended up shocking myself, but this time because I left both shops empty handed, not even with a longing for anything.
Lifestyle changes happen and I have outgrown my makeup addict phase. I still value and use cosmetics daily though, but am no longer in the phase where I fawn over mascara tubes in every limited edition colours nor buy eyeshadow I would not use simply because the hues are too gorgeous to pass up on. It is also for the purpose of developing more prudent fiscal habits that I would only purchase a product when I absolutely need to.
However, there is something cosmetic related that I still love to do, and that is photographing products, so here I am sharing some of my most favourite shots. I really should do one of those themed shots just for the excuse to point my camera at my stash again!
