Hank hadn't told people not to visit him, but mostly because he didn't really care. There wasn't much he cared about, it seemed like. The town just kept going, the way it always did no matter what horrific things seemed to happen within it. Nothing mattered. So why should he care if someone wanted to drop in, check on him? There wasn't much to check on, it seemed like.
His parents would be rolling over in the grave watching him answer the door now. It opened slowly, Hank having taken his sweet time even getting to it after hearing the knock. And as he looked at Bri, his expression blank, he said nothing. No greeting, no welcome, just a blank stare, waiting to hear if she needed him for something.
