At first he used the flowers to hide the rosy hue on                      his cheeks, but once he saw the girl he quickly bounded                      over and thrust them forward. Theodor still couldn't help the                      way his stomach did somersaults with the girl and the way                      all his breath seemed to vacate his lungs, but if anything it                      made the moments he spent around her all the more thrilling.                      He takes a deep breath before he says, "Delly, will you go                      on a formal date with me?"

             "I don't care what day it is, if you smell like peppermint or happen to be wearing one of those hideous sweaters I'm not talking to you end of story." He does't look up from behind the counter because he gave the other a warning and he hopes that when he does look he won;t be greeted with either of those things.
