This is the second Threadless Design Challenge entry that I know I want to submit: A Carnotaurus doing his best. In this case, I riffed off the Prehistoric Planet scene where a Carnotaurus is trying to impress a mate... By waggling his tiny arms and doing a dance like a large, scaly bowerbird. Now, whether or not he'd have actually done that in real life is unknown, but the image is just too perfect not to use.
Regarding the colour choices, I noticed there was a paleomeme of Carnotaurus being red/orange. I'm not sure where it started, or why people assoicate those colours in particular with them, but I wanted to reference it. So, I based it off an African Redhead Agama, which has reds and oranges, but also some yellows and greys in there to add variety and make this depiction unique.
As for the lack of rows of feature scales, it's likely that the real animal didn't have them in neat rows. However, they would have had them in all sorts of different sizes, which I hope I've reflected on the design itself.
My Goats pattern is up for voting in the Threadless weekend bag design challenge for the next few days! Thank you to everyone who votes I greatly appreciate it! https://www.threadless.com/designs/goats-6
I'm Fine... Everything's Fine...

Everything was NOT fine…
Haolong is a wonderfully spiky-looking iguanodont covered in quills, so naturally, it lends itself to a frazzled look. Like in this fellow’s case. I’m not sure what happened to him, but given that he’s smoking somewhat, it must have been impressive.
Something that's definitely fine is the fact that I've included a photo of the prototype for the mug you'll be able to grab this design on: I wanted to see how it came out as a physical item, so I had it custom-printed on a mug as a test. I'm hoping to be able to add more photos of these prototypes/samples of my work to more catalogue entries, so stay tuned!
Houston, I may be the problem!

A piece inspired by the Walking With Dinosaurs Coelophysis, the menaces they were in the 1999 version of the show, and the fact that a Coelophysis fossil actually got taken into space.

Of Horse I Love You
Available HERE
A simple, sweet piece depicting a pair of horses. One of them is a Pliohippus, or the stage before the modern horse, and the other one is meant to be a modern horse. Love is universal…
A Riff On The Lasceaux Horses
Available HERE
Ever since the dawn of humanity, we have drawn horses. These ones draw off the original Lasceaux horses and similar ones from the Neolithic, and I believe that the original artists would recognise these on whatever you end up having them on. After all, it’s in our nature to create!
Horsing Around!
Available HERE
Welcome to the Year Of The Horse, and I’m hoping you’re having a great time so far. This Merychippus (aka one of the first true grazing horses) is definitely having a great time, so why not join them in this new era?
