stefan let out a long sigh. he was parked away from where anyone else could see them. it wasn't that he was ashamed of their relationship but it was just that his team wouldn't let him come out. apparently, he seemed more appealing when his sexuality was a mystery. "-i know, i'm sorry." he apologized and rubbed his hands over his face. "i know this isn't ideal but this is the best i can do right now. you know how i feel about you..."

Caroline stood in front of her door, glaring at it with the utmost hatred she could muster in her eyes even when she knew it wasn’t the door's fault that she forgot to pick up her house keys that morning before heading out to see Rowan at the hospital. Holding back the urge to bang her head against the door, she knocked twice hoping one of the kids were home cause God only knew where Stefan was-- the door opened before she could finish that train of thought and the man in question stood behind it. The blonde blinked back her surprise before finding her voice amidst the immediate rush of relief she felt on seeing him again, “Oh!
