There exists a town. You wouldn’t have heard of it, for it is far after your time. 55 years into the future a small settlement of sailors will form around a light house on the east coast of the U.S.A.
Over the next 245 years it will develop into a thriving town, with a rich culture centred around the sea, and all that it has to offer.
It’s people live with no ruler, instead governing as a collective, and have no money, instead trading goods for goods.
To them, scars are like trophies of experience, and their stories are told with pride, shame, and sorrow befitting the tale. When an experience doesn’t give them a scar, the take it upon themselves to create one.
This, is Humpback Harbour.
