After a long process I can finally show you this illustration I’ve made inspired by the book “Thorn Rose”, an old version of The Sleeping Beauty written by The Brothers Grimm and illustrated by Errol Le Cain. I wanted to give it a medieval look, and I’ve taken a lot of inspiration from old illustrators like Errol Le Cain himself, Kay Nielsen, Eyvind Earle and Ivan Bilibin.
