thistle cookie is one of my cookie run ocs!! she's a wild west style bandit who travels from town to town to loot places, and because she just drifts from place to place without any real pattern, people refer to her as "the tumbleweed"!! she's not a super high profile thief the way chili pepper and roguefort are, though- at most she's a regional nuisance, because she prioritizes getting in, getting the prize and leaving over real destruction, and she also understands that if she loots every town dry, she'll have nowhere to rob. so in the interests of not putting herself out of business she'll go to the bank or tavern and only take MOST of what she finds, but she'll leave enough to make sure they can rebuild for her to rob again later :)
her pet is meringue scorpion, who is certainly intimidating to townsfolk but is actually a big baby- they were born unable to produce venom, so the most they can do is kinda stick you with their stinger and hope it hurts enough for you to leave them and thistle alone, but they don't like stinging people anyway :( thistle took them in hoping they'd be helpful in heists (since they could threaten people with their venom, but then she found out they didn't have any) but they're actually really friendly towards people, and they don't understand why so many people won't go near them :( mostly they just sit on thistle's shoulder like 🥺 and try to look scary
i have another oc cactus cookie who becomes thistle's girlfriend but that's a different story :)
