Nailed that invert today. So happy.
I'm in a cycle of gaining weight loosing it but then looking different, it fluctuates by 6 - 8 lbs during this process and it's been going on for a while. I always get annoyed when I put weight on and then I remember this process. So I'm just saying, if your body works similar to mine you might put a few lbs on, but don't stress just keep going and it'll come off again and your body will look and feel different for it when you hit your lower weight again. I never broke my lowest weight, nor stayed there, but that's OK. My body is meant to change and fluctuate and go through a process, some days are easier than others during it all, but every day is a progress day.

Sunday night pole
Ages ago I was doing inverts on the pole and letting go no bother, then for whatever reason I stopped being able to do that. Tonight I got myself upside down first try and I wasn't comfortable to let go but I sure was please I got upside down again. Gave myself wicked burn on the inside of my thigh as well doing a hold. Really need to lose a bit of flab there it just twists and I can't grab with the pole with my muscles properly so I end up doing everything using my top half. Head stand is sort of coming along, I can feel myself wanting to go up but I just can't get my legs to do it! I will persevere.

I just made something delishious for my dinner at work tomorrow.. Red quinoa, prawns, mushroom, avocado, little bit of fish stock, spinach, sirachi sauce (couple of drops), full fat milk. Mix it all together and it's wonderful! Obviously easily switchable for vegetarian or vegan bodies out there. Yum yum yum. I'll post a picture next time I make it. This has already gone into a lunch box to cool. Will make it for home food next time.
I could just go to sleep right now and stay there until tomorrow. I don't know if that was a hard couple of classes or I just pushed myself really well. Either way I had a really good time. What a great week. Have a good weekend all
I really really enjoyed sparring class tonight, had a brilliant fitness class this morning as well. I felt more comfortable and relaxed and able to try new things tonight. Whatever I'm doing right now is working so I just need to keep on with that. Happy happy happy.
