read this book, House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski, back in 2000. It's why she named her house The Ranch of Leaves and it's...intense. She got a little wrapped up in it. It was back in the day where the internet wasn't full and you could still believe that maybe something like the Navidson Record was real. She has recommended the book to others but hasn't read it herself, again. She was afraid for it to consume her the same way. But now there's a Facebook book club for House of Leaves and she has decided it's time. Shes going at it with a group and in a totally different way. But...She couldn't find her copy of the book (which is by the way the second or third copy she had purchased). She loans out and kinda forgets...So she ordered from @changinghands. She and Dub stopped by after the @kcroyals game this weekend to pick it up. They told her they didn't have an order from her but one under the same last name but for Drew. So that started a little 'WHO IS DREW" drama that is continuing and will probably come up throughout her life. But it worked out and she brought the book back into her home. For those interested, please join the club. She has been perusing the posts and is loving it. And to everyone else...sorry if it creeps into her social media. Let's do dis!
