REQUEST CHALLENGE for @thiscityrp | Zara’s mother

Here’s some quick details about her and the relationship I imagine with her and zara. There are a few trigger warnings with this ad: domestic abuse, alcohol & drug abuse/addiction, rehab, relapse, death, cheating, miscarriage - but all of that information is more detailed in zara’s app on the site!

Okay so this is MARISOL LOPEZ (46). She is the mother of the very famous ZARA LOPEZ. 

Marisol and Zara both have had a rough life due to Zara’s father being an abuse drunk. He did help Zara to become a star but succumbed to his addictions when Zara was almost 23 years old.

For a while mother and daughter had a rocky relationship but in the past five years or so, they have really worked on it and Marisol is now Zara’s closest confidant (besides Shea Byrne, Zara’s husband of nine years).

Marisol and Shea are very close and get along. In fact, Marisol has always thought Shea was good for Zara and has always noticed just how happy Shea has always made Zara.

She had Zara young 

Zara is her only child

I’m thinking Eva Longoria for this request but I’m pretty open to different faces.

I am set on her name being Marisol because that’s Zara’s first name as well and really Marisol named Zara after herself. We can play around with this a bit since Zara has always hated her first name and doesn’t use it or even go by it.
