bother.
charisma starter 4 of 5 / for @hyojinrk.
yein is lying back on the carpet, guitar in her arms despite her horizontal position, and her legs are propped up on her sofa. it’s a rare that she and hyojin are alone, even rarer that they should somehow end up in her messy little apartment after rehearsals. she and sophie or she and yuzu are who you’d be more likely to find lazing around on her floor. in fact, yein realizes, this is probably the first time he’s ever been here. yein doesn’t actually bring people to her apartment often - she’s aware of the fact that it kind of ruins whatever kind of illusion of a truly upper class lifestyle she still perpetrates. it isn’t that she can’t afford anywhere better ... it’s mostly that she prefers to spend her money on outward expressions of status and wealth, rather than on something only she’ll realistically be seeing very often. this particular habit can be clearly seen in her home, the evidence consisting of parcels and shopping bags alike strewn throughout the entirety of the living space. it’s even worse in her bedroom.
she strums her guitar gently, lips pursed as she tries to come up with conversation. “are you pleased? with the debut, i mean.” though she thinks it should be obvious. “i never saw myself in a band. i don’t even listen to rock music generally, but i think i suit our concept anyways ... sorry, you know, if i ever seem like i don’t care that much.” yein wrinkles her nose, hating talking about anything too real. “like ... i don’t but ... um, i guess your company isn’t totally insufferable.”
