the teacher stares ahead at the numbers and equations sprawled across his whiteboard, expression intense, hands resting upon the crest of his hips. one would assume he was trying to study his own notes, perhaps even deciding what to test the children on at the end of the week.
“do i really look that much like ryan gosling?” he murmurs more to himself than anyone. he’s trying to check himself out in the windows, a hand reaching to try and perfect his fringe. he might’ve overhead some of the parents whispering at the entrance carpark. it wasn’t eavesdropping if he wasn’t doing it on purpose, he just so happened to be within earshot. “you do know who that is, right? we’re talking about the same irresistible, hollywood heartthrob? THAT ryan gosling? me?”
