*raptor screeches to the high heavens* You could not possibly have known this, but I just used up the last page in my old work-doodle notebook, the one I always carry in the back pocket of my scrubs, and I was thinking that I needed to get a new one. This little notebook is the perfect size and comes at the perfect time; I have no idea how you sensed it, but our drift compatibility is apparently in full swing. Thank you SO MUCH; I love notebooks and sketchbooks and always feel like they are such a generous gift, because it is someone saying “here, create things, here is space to make things you love,” and I just feel like that is such a wonderful gift to give somebody. I will make good use of it for sure. <3<3<3

I....you sent me one of YOUR bracelets. We have FRIENDSHIP BRACELETS. And - and it is green, which is one of my favorite colors to wear (why i always draw myself in that green striped shirt), and it is yours, and - and the other one is beautiful, it fits my wrist nice and snug and I love the way it feels and the way it looks, and both of them make me think of you, and I am going to wear them all the time (and NEVER when i am at work, because they will get ruined X) but all the time everywhere else!) I just don’t even know what to say; you are so amazing for sending me these things.

When I first opened him, I introduced myself to him in Malay just so he wouldn’t feel scared and confused by his new surroundings. (selamat malam, nama saya pan, saya kawan leana etc) <3<3<3
and then I introduced him to Parrot, who I have had since I was six. Parrot is a weathered, wise Jedi master who will help me with Padawan Beruang’s training.
I. am. just. floored. You have so overwhelmed me with your generosity, your thoughtfulness, and your TIME (my goodness, the sewing, I can’t even imagine how long that must have taken you to learn, plan, and carry out). I love all of this and I love YOU, and I cannot wait for the day that I show up at your door with an entire truck full of daffodils.
