i do this thing where i want to put my hair is french braids but once i finish getting them braided, i keep redoing them for hours to get them perfect. this is the same thing that happens when i apply nail polish. it's impossible for me to stop doing this but at least i look good after.

Does anyone have any good ways to combat general anxiety? The older I get the worse it seems. The past two mornings I have worked at 6:30, and each morning I wake up with this insane amount of anxiety over nothing to the point where it’s making me nauseous. Yesterday it went away before 7 am but today it’s almost 9 and I’m still struggling to breathe. Idk I think I need help
