This morning I was followed on Twitter by Ekaterina Walter, the author of Wall Street Journal bestselling book "Think Like Zuck" and couldn't help but gravitate towards her 5 success principles. In my MBA marketing class I was taught 5 P's of marketing (sometimes it's 4 P's) but those keep changing depending on who you talk to today. These 5 P's never change: PASSION—Keep your energy and commitment fully charged at all times by pursuing something you believe in PURPOSE—Don’t just create a great product; drive a meaningful movement PEOPLE—Build powerful teams that can execute your vision PRODUCT—Create a product that is innovative, that breaks all the rules, that changes everything PARTNERSHIPS—Build powerful partnerships with people who fuel imagination and energize execution Obviously I am biased towards the advice because I focus on more than just creating wealth for myself and I only want people in my team committed to my ultimate goal of inspiring people and making a difference in the world, especially Jamaica where I'm from. Now to get a copy of the book, preferably one signed like my Guy Kawasaki one.
