Scrapcooking: Vegan lentil soup and flat bread
Indian lentil soup! I made it from this recipe. I also made my own thin breads (can you call it that? Tunnbröd in Swedish) and hummus. Really nice and warm since this is the coldest summer in forever. Hopefully it will get better in august :)
For the flat breads you basically just mix flour and water (yes, salt aswell) toghether until you have a nice and not to sticky dough, knead and roll out to thin circles. Heat in a dry frying pan quickly. Done!
