imagine being hinata's partner in a relationship and having to deal with kageyama constsntly being brought up or mentioned at least once EVERYWHERE. when meeting hinata's older friends. when hinata talks about volleyball there has to be "oh kageyama did this recently/kageyama said this../my next match will decide if i play kageyama or not". he takes you back home to miyagi and points out places he and kageyama raced. "thats our old coach's store!! me n kageyama would buy meatbuns from here a bunch. sometimes out captain treated out whole team.". he brings you to his childhood house and his mother's like "wow you havent brought anyone over since highschool with kageyama! (but infairness you havent lived here since the. haha)". and then hinata has a spare drawer in his childhood bedroom's closet but "oh!! kageyama dtill has some if his clothes from high school here cause he'd stay over a bunch". like i would genuinely crash out having to deal with kageyama being hinata's 'partner' (soulmate) even though technically he's dating me.
