TIPS TO STOP WITH DEVICE DISTRACTIONS
1 β find a hobby; if you get yourself a nice hobby, it can help you distract yourself from your phone!!
some hobby examples:
- cooking/baking
- dancing
- reading
2 β make your phone educational: download some educational apps and content to look at instead of social media !! ex; language apps, reading apps, etc
3 β screen time: set a screen time, it could either be one built in your phone (recommended) or set an alarm to put your phone away and do something else!!
4 β consistency: getting rid of a phone addiction is not easy at all, take it one day at a time, it is okay to mess up sometimes !! there is always room to improve yourself!!
