Headed down the @theweightpile today in #FortMyers to work with a #TexasDeadliftBar it felt great getting used to the bar. @tarzanlifting loaded the bar with 460. I got it off the ground, but I didn't get that slack out before I pulled. I need to work more on getting that slack out first and then pulling.
