The raccoon sways from the abrupt stop. The world is spinning in a glash of color.
Once its head is feeling right, it squints at Hope before it. It hasn’t had much contact with the human kit- but it feels an urge to mess with it. To play as if near kin.
Deciding its next move, it presses an array of buttons on the dashboard. Nothing important, thankfully; But enough to cause random music to play across the ship.
The raccoon bleps at Hope before skittering away.
The teenager scowls as the raccoon skitters away, standing up only when the critter had left the captains seat, which was now covered in black and brown fur. they paused to listen to the music, slightly curious at what was playing.
"Never going to give you up—" the speaker on each side of the radio panel spoke, an old voice singing into the slightly cracking microphone. as the song continued, Hope had a wave of instinctive anger wash over them, though they had no viable reason behind the rage.
With a huff, they shut the music off, hitting the button a little harder than they probably should've. they turned to leave the control room, and as they pass through the doorway, it had hit them.
They had gotten Rick Rolled by a fucking raccoon.
