Seeing Sima Yi in his periphery caused panic to run down Zhuge Dan’s spine. Lady Chunhua had fled away, perhaps she had also seen Sima Yi running through the halls. 

Zhuge Dan had to think of something, and fast, almost as fast as Sima Yi was running towards him.

“My..Lord..” he said, holding his hand to his heart. “I apologise for...for shouting like this..I hope I did not wake anyone else..”

Still searching in his mind for an excuse as he bides his time, and Sima Yi could possibly be running out of patience. 

“I was having a nightmare.” he suddenly said,”a fleeting childhood memory...there was a person...they were running away from me..I was trying to bring them back...I didn’t want to be alone...” 

     At the mention of tyranny, memories from Xu province run through his thoughts, but Yu Jin quickly stops them in their tracks. He had a duty to perform. Shifting his grip on his trident, he points the bade at Sima Yi.

      Her eyebrow lifted in curiosity. Never has Sima Yi been so bold as to take her hand. Laelia was shocked, to say the least.
