Houston, we've arrived
Made two stops during the day at The Texan and experienced some fast food lunch at Whataburger in San Antonio. The beef patty is not greasy as the other fast food burger joints back in California (so it doesn't give me that yucky grease after-taste) and it is bigger portioned.
Then six hours later we finally arrived in Downtown Houston. About to check in to a hotel for the night and get our day started the next day to my brother and his wife's new house to unload all the small items they've packed in the car as we wait for the pods to arrive for the rest of the bigger stuff (i.e. furniture, mattresses, electronics, etc.)
Day two is finally done! The drive is long and exhausting. I need a drink.
