Me promptly arriving to the yard.

Looking for a diverse clusterfuck of skilled artists to help me create my comic book universe. I have a lot of stories I'd like to tell, and if I'm being honest with myself, my skills aren't quite at the level I need them to be to tell these stories. Moral of the story, I want to build my own comic book company. Any and all artists who meet the criteria (be better than me, have quality input) will be given an equal share of any and all business an potential monetary gains. To start, I will be writing the stories, as well as doing initial design work for the characters. As the universe and the stories within grow more artistic freedom will be given to the artists involved. Of course a good deal of artistic freedom will be allotted.
