Zack’s love for Akira Kurosawa/Star Wars once led him to pitch a Seven Samurai/Jedi centric script to Lucasfilm (post Prequels and pre Disney sale) - since then, he’s reworked and evolved the script into his own original sci-fi film now known as @netflix ‘s #RebelMoon . An exciting parallel considering George Lucas’ rejection as a Flash Gordon director is what led him to create his own Galaxy Far Far Away…. As a fan- I’m naturally thrilled.
