The Smoothie Experiment
I haven't been a regular regulator myself regarding eating habits for the past few months,
so I decided to put this right and incorporate an extra snack of nutrient sometime throughout the day. Welcome to Juice Experience. It's easy to make and gives you the right combination of nutrients with significant health benefits, an effortless way to introduce more fiber, micronutrients, and antioxidants into your diet. Every day, I was throwing a new mixture of nutrient-rich superfoods in the mix and seeing what was happening. My only problem with juices is that in less than a minute, they went. The solution? Smoothie bowls are juice but thicker, so I can get rid of straw and eat it with a spoon. It gives you the chance to be more creative with ingredients as you can make them as thick as you want; try avocado, frozen banana, seeds, and nuts. Very satisfying and full of sweets. Anybody's ice cream for breakfast? Fast, easy to make, and the possibilities are endless. I was also treating myself after exercise to nourish my muscles with carbohydrates and protein. Although they contain super healthy ingredients, you should be careful about serving sizes. It's effortless to overdo a lot of sugary fruits and nut butter calories and avocado. Superfruit juice containing 190 calories per bottle may seem harmless, but with ingredients coming from apple juice, peaches, mangoes, strawberries, and bananas, it contains 37 grams of sugar (i.e., nine spoons). Yes, sugar comes from fruit and fruit juice but is still sugar, and from a blood sugar perspective, sugar in this juice is identical to sugar in sweets and sweets. They are full of good things but keep in mind the combinations you put in your juice. You need to balance, which makes it moderate in calories but full of nutrients. For the juices to pass the test, they must contain a lot of fiber, at least 10 grams of protein, and depending on the time I eat them, the appropriate carbohydrate-to-protein ratio or the fat-to-protein ratio. How to make the perfect juice (bowl): * Choose a liquid (add this first) Almond milk, coconut milk, coconut water, and water are not technically "liquids," but I also use Greek yogurt and quark when I want them to look like sweets. Put this in the blender first so that it surrounds the blade and makes the mixing process more comfortable. * Add fruits and vegetables The more frozen the fruits/vegetables, the thicker your fish. Banana is an excellent option as it will make juice like ice cream. Don't forget to think about using avocado that will add a sweet, healthy-looking consistency. The more fruit contains, the less liquid you need, you will need to be careful about this if you want the flexibility of "eating spoon." * Added plugins Here you can be creative, and I will look for adding some protein if I don't use Greek Yogurt or Quark. Chia seeds, flaxseeds, hemp powder, protein powder (whey or vegetable), and almond butter are excellent protein sources. Many of these fats contain healthy fats, as well. I also always add a mixture of premium foods that come in the form of a suitable powder because these packages contain nutrients without adding too many extra calories. My favorites are the ultimate in vitality from the vibrant health and premium green food of the Garden of Life. Many people lack the recommended fiber daily. It's effortless to increase your intake of oats and psyllium husks as well as chia seeds and flaxseed. It can also help both leafy vegetables and carrots. You can change the flavors of your juices using herbs and spices, all of which offer their unique health benefits. I use cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, mint, and nutmeg. I'd also like to add vanilla, almond, and mint extract for more flavor. Other superfoods that I will try are wheat and barley, chlorella and spirulina, Acai powder, Maca powder, cocoa nibs - the combinations are endless. To help you, I've compiled an easy-to-use menu to give you an idea of which food combinations should be put together to balance macronutrients (carbohydrates/proteins/fats).
