I did not read-up about the trek and ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฒ๐. I thought it'll be our usual park walks. I แฏแฉี ีO แฏแOแแ! So my toes suffered from ๐ฆ๐๐ฏ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฎ. Both my toe nails turned completey black and blue. The healing process was so painful that something simple like wearing slippers was excrutiating. So todayย I am celebrating being able to wear slippers. it means I've paid the price for.my foolishness and learned my lesson. The last trek I did was in August 2020.
