Hi guys! I’ve been meaning to write this update sooner, but I’ve been too busy, and busy being poorly! As you know, I got invited to fairy festival in Llangollen this summer by the event’s creator. She was incredibly kind and offered free tickets. The idea was I’d go with @jessicasweet4108 and @sionsweet and Jess’s guide troop, who, ironically, run the first aid tent. However unfortunately I haven’t been able to go this year; my care home couldn’t provide a carer at the last minute, and it was too short a notice to get anyone else who would be appropriate to look after me. I am gutted, but understand that unfortunately, these things happen in the world of care sometimes. I’m hoping to go next year instead; at least I have plenty of time to sort my wardrobe out! As you know, I did some fundraising through GoFundMe for this holiday, and for a holiday to Tenby in September with my parents. The money raised will still be used for my Tenby holiday, and anything left over will be kept for next year for my fairy festival trip and my Jumbulance holiday. Thank you so much for all your support and generosity; it means the world to me! I hope Jess, Sion and their gang have a fantastic time!
