The Explorer’s eyes widened in surprise like a deer caught in the headlights. After the strange man who’d just kissed him broke away, the young Time Lord gave several seconds of rapid blinks.

“Er- hello? Is this er- some sort of new greeting, then? Frankly, I would’ve thought a simple handshake might suffice. But of course, everyone does have their own opinions, I suppose- and cultures certainly differ.”

    God his cheeks turned red in seconds. Why must such awkward things happen to good people. Xavier partially got up from the floor, knees resting on the dirt, as his confused expression said everything.

                 This guy... He clearly wasn’t from around Boston. He had this cheery personality that was brightening up people who just needed a smile. He had this way with words that seemed so silly, people would just laugh. Of course, Xavier was one of those people. And the guy didn’t even seem to be worried if people were laughing at him and not with him.

So to get me back into the swing of things, I’ve set up a chatzy. Rules are as they’ve always been:

No NSFW. Some PDA and jokes are allowed, but don’t let things get out of hand.

Keep the weapons out. Takes place at the Tops, so those aren’t allowed.

See someone at the sidelines? Introduce yourself. Include everyone.

Yes, we know Legion/Non-Legion issues are at a high, but we’re all pals here. Leave the war at the door. Enjoy yourselves.

Might have references to alcohol, but keep your chems outside.
