Even muffled by the walls, Billy could hear the screams in the near distance echo from down the hallway currently being traversed. It was Ally's voice, but projected in this pain-stricken, horrendous way was so foreign to him, having never heard her in such a state before. It simultaneously sent chills throughout his entire body and made his blood boil.
Clones were already dealing with a mess at the entrance, fighting off any guards that had stood in the way as the original's feet never faltered in their rapid steps to find out where she was located.
His heart was racing in anticipation which morphed into pure adrenaline; anyone who approached him was quickly met by his hands or a duplicate's as he searched around the maze of a building. They'd get their occasional hits in with blunt weapons of their choosing; from one, a lucky pistol shot in his arm, but it didn't slow him. He'd certainly feel it all later but none of it mattered right now.
Though hearing yelled, strained words by her followed by a slap and a nasty response from presumably another guard in the room made all his internal alarms go off even more. Through that he found the source, door still open as the unsuspecting fuckhead faced towards Ally. The duplicator didn't hesitate for a second to grab the guard's head and slam him full force into the brick wall, with him immediately dropping to the floor after the hard contact was made.
Not knowing or caring if he broke the man's neck, bashed his skull in, or simply just knocked him out, Billy's attention instantly went towards her. Chained up, collar on her neck, clothes tattered, bloody, bruised; adrenaline moved aside just a bit to have his heart feel heavy in his stomach instead as he looked at her with concern. What the hell were these guys going to do with her?
"Hey, hey, you're okay. I gotcha." Said softly as a gloved hand, partially ripped, put itself against her cheek reassuringly, cradling it gently as he gave a warm smile. A clone was created, searching the passed out, or dead, guard on the floor for keys of the restraints she was wearing and anything for the collar.
Successful in his findings, a small remote was thrown upwards to the original as the clone began to unlock all the chains she was wearing, removing them from her wrists and ankles. Billy examined the device before flipping a small switch on it with the slightest hesitation, making the collar around her neck deactivate.
"Whew. Thankfully that wasn't a shock switch 'r somethin'." The multiple disappears as he tosses the remote aside.
"Definitely gotta get outta here quick—can ya walk? 'r do ya need a Billy Boost?" Arms are held out with the offer to carry her. An actual ask, but also an attempt at humor despite the situation, just for her to feel maybe a little better. "Ain't no shame in it. Won't tell none a' 'em 'venger folk... Maybe."
