I was lucky enough to squeeze into one of my most anticipated events of the @melbwritersfest , the launch of Georgia Blain's 'The Museum of Words', one of my favourite books for 2017. Georgia was diagnosed with a tumour in the language centre of her brain. This stunning memoir speaks of the way language shaped not only Georgia's life and identity, but those of her mother and closest friend.
