Me as a servant for a day (poor Akali)

A debt was a debt. She needed to borrow some money from the lunari woman and with how much she made she had to work out a deal. So there she was in a servant’s uniform of Diana’s choosing. While wasn’t a fan of this sort of thing, the ex assassin was not one to cheap out responsibilities.

So standing straight before her boss for the day Akali said, “I’m here to pay back that debt I owe you.” Professionalism filled her tone as she waited for instructions from the lunar warrior.

"Alright, here's the plan." The purple haired Sheriff stated whenever her boots hit the crunch of the snow along the edge of the wall by the red buff on their side. "I will run across the river and ward, and we will sneak over and grab you their blue buff, that way, they won't be able to have it, and you'll be ahead of the game."

Lilith / Sivir: AND they got into it with Barbarians, and wanted to kill them too

Lilith / Sivir: I figured it only made sense that they hate Shurimans too, especially because they are so different culturally and visually

Lilith / Sivir: I mean, the dude literally straight up went "all shurimans are theives and tomb raiders"

Lilith / Sivir: like wow, rude as fuck

Lilith / Sivir: EXACTLY

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: The guy even disrespected how one of the Shurimans viewed his home

Lilith / Sivir: IT'S INGRAINED IN THEIR CULTURE TO HATE PEOPLE WHO AREN'T NOXIAN/WHITE

Lilith / Sivir: I feel Demacia is also racist to an extent, but not nearly as much as Noxus

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: They're racist against anyone who doesn't follow their code of justice, which probably counts

Lilith / Sivir: I feel like Prince Jarvan IV is making STRIDES to get rid of racism and class-discrimination

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: They probably have slurs for Freljord people

Lilith / Sivir: he's got a half dragon on his guard

Lilith / Sivir: as well as quinn, who was a peasant before she became a knight

Lilith / Sivir: and you're right, Demacians and Freljordians don't get along

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: I think it's mostly because J4 doesn't really care who/what you are, as long as you can pick up a sword or something and fight

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: You fight for Demacia, you're p. cool

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: Hilariously enough, "J Money" isn't the stupid jock people confuse him for

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: He was brought up in a time of war, so it's what he knows

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: That includes knowing how to take allies when you get them

Lilith / Sivir: It's hard to climb the social ladder in Demacia

Lilith / Sivir: but even HARDER to climb in Noxus

Lilith / Sivir: the two cities are very complex and very different

Lilith / Sivir: but they are also similar in a lot of ways

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: Including the way both city-states strictly adhere to their own morals and will accept no other substitute? :D

Lilith / Sivir: for the amount that they hate each other

Lilith / Sivir: they are both the same

Lilith / Sivir: Demacia and Noxus see things their own way, and ONLY their own way

Lilith / Sivir: In other city states, opinions are more flexible

Lilith / Sivir: Freljord, Ionia, Shurima, Bandle, Bilgewater

Lilith / Sivir: all very flexible in ideas and morals and culture

Lilith / Sivir: I usually compare Demacia to like....America/the UK

Lilith / Sivir: and Noxus to Germany....specifically similar to Nazi Germany in a lot of ways

Lilith / Sivir: I just see a lot of similarities

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: I feel like UK suits Demacia more tbh.

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: They were really strict on pressing themselves on people back in the day, to the point where they owned 90% of the world

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: I feel like Dermercier would do the same, just to put Runeterra under the banner of justice

Lilith / Sivir: I feel like there's a missed lore opportunity here

Lilith / Sivir: Demacia hates Noxus because they invaded and comitted atrocities in other places

Gay Thoughts [Lyn]: And Noxus is like Nazi Germany 2.0 b/c I'm pretty sure the citizens knew what was going on, and even after a staged match ripped their claws out of Ionia they went "Huh. Yeah."

Lilith / Sivir: but Imagine: Demacia trying to expand and take over to create that "perfect world of justice"

Lilith / Sivir: and they do the same fucking thing Noxus does

Lilith / Sivir: slay anyone who disagrees
