if it was made by ai, it is not a fanfic it is ai slop. Ai chatbots like cai and poe (essentially an unfiltered version of cai) are just unethical in general, not only do they put so much strain on the environment, but also what do you think trains these bots???? Cus i have a sneaking suspicion its writers. Actual human writers. How is ai “fanfic” any better than ai art???? What makes people think its different???
Visuals are not the only forms of art. Ai writing and music are both forms of ai art. Why is one considered more ethical than the other.
there is a difference between using these chatbots (i still dont use them myself and disagree with their use but) vs publishing a “fanfic” intirely made by an ai you did not even code.
