❈ --- He hadn’t anticipated it, but he’d be damned if he didn’t feel himself melt from it. Lucifer’s lips found his and practically devoured him, and all the vampire could do was whimper into the kiss as he clung to the archangel. It was as if lightning ignited every fiber within him, setting off sparks in every part of his body that made him feel alive, and Vlad could never get enough him.

“I missed you too, iubirea...” He moaned against the other’s lips.

  --- Vlad gazed out of a fogged window as rain pattered against its pane. A question had loomed in his head for some time now, a question he wanted to ask Lucifer. He never mustered up the courage to ask, because he felt he had no right in asking. But it ate away at him on a daily to the point where he couldn’t take it anymore. 

As Lucifer entered the room, the vampire’s voice was low and quiet. “May I ask you something?” 

Ford almost chortled in his sarcasm, catching himself before he verged too far into disrespect.  “Shrinks like to talk like that, too. And yet, every single one of them talks about their patients to their colleagues.”

“My jealousy is easily stirred when it comes to you and Gabriel both but I suppose that I knew at the time that there was nothing there to actually be jealous of.” Michael tilts his head to the side and then cocks a eyebrow at Lucifer “You do know that you have been acting like more of an ass than usual to the both of us don’t you?”

Lucifer was being extra hard today, something Vlad was surely used to but that didn't stop him from trying to make him feel more relaxed and calm. He had broke out a bottle of bourbon, fixed up a roaring fire, and played soothing music to help set a calming tone. Vlad didn't know if it would work, but at least he can say he was trying.
