Themberchaud from Dungeons & Dragons by cowboyraccoon
Today's dragon is Themberchaud from Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves
Felt like doing a portrait of the big boy like I did of Ansur - THEMBERCHAUD, the wyrmsmith of Gracklstugh. In our 'Out of the Abyss' campaign we never went back to Gracklstugh a second time after delivering the rival dragon egg to him (as we were all pretty squishy and didn't want to defy a... yanno, dragon), so apparently he took the place over... oops, well you can't win 'em all (I guess that explains what he was doing over in Dolblunde). This design mostly based on his Honor Among Thieves design but a little spikier and meaner with maybe a little bit more 'fat lizard' in there.
Any suggestions for more portraits of D&D dragons or other famous dragons? I do love drawing dragons... and it's a lot of fun doing these little watercolors... I really should draw my girl Tiamat at some point.
