U.K. Hard Rock Female Trio The Kut Debut Valley of Thorns Hits Top 200 & Summer Tour Dates Confirmed
Photography by Canz Richman LOS ANGELES, CA & LONDON, (FRIDAY MAY 11, 2018) Rock category finalist of the UK Songwriting Contest 2017 and Semi-Finalist of the International Songwriting Competition, the hard rocking, female trio that is The Kut, announced today that their first full-length album Valley of Thorns debuted in the UK Top 200 (#136) and have confirmed a massive tour in support of the new album. The Kut will be taking Valley of Thorns on tour this summer, hitting the main stages of some of the hottest independent UK festivals, as well as supporting Marco Mendoza (The Dead Daisies / Thin Lizzy / Whitesnake) on three dates of his incoming tour. As if that wasnât a busy enough schedule, The Kut has now announced three weeks of consecutive tour dates across July and August. The latest single âMind Gamesâ premiered on Kerrang! Radio by Johnny Doom, played out by Sean McGinty at BBC Introducing, Total Rock, Team Rock Radio, Hard Rock Hell Radio and picked up airplay as far as the USA and Australia, with over 90 stations adding the release! This includes airplay on a number of Triple A, Specialist and College Stations - including adds to the NACC Rock Chart.  Meanwhile the accompanying music video is on rotation on Scuzz TV and was premiered online by Clash Magazine. This week The Kut has also been selected as âOnes to Watchâ by National UK Radio Station, Planet Rock.
