Mo'Rockin Chicken Egg Rolls 🍋 We added spinach, baby kale, feta 🧀 and additional Mo'Rockin Spice Rub to the leftover chicken orzo casserole, chopped it all up and moistened with a bit of chicken stock. Used 2 heaping tbls of filling per #eggroll, when the oil reached 350°f we threw a few in for a few minutes, let cool a bit then dipped em' in that tasty white sauce. Life is good!
