This is, technically, Null's first line in the game. Yes, I'm not considering the "Get out while you still can" line, fight me.

Now, for the implications of it.

This line is said by Null after you beat the game on Classic. For him to say that, it is already a mystery on its own. He's aware of the player's presence inside the game. Could it be that Null was watching you the entire time? Did he see you enter the game and simply jumped into action?

He patiently waits for the player to beat the game to then call out for you - the "I need to" part - giving a sense of urgency. Vaguely yet smartly gives you the hint on how to find him (answering all questions wrongly) and he expects for the player to abide his request, to come and find him, hence the "I'm glad you found me".

He might've stalked the player during the entire game but for good reasons. Watched you in the very moment he saw a pixel of you, like some sort of a guardian. Hoping to get face-to-face with you, display all of his warnings and more importantly, get you to leave.

Which makes me think about the before, when the whole ordeal about being trapped inside the game happened to him. Did he expect that someone could end up as a similar victim? What was his reaction like upon seeing the player enter the game for the first time?

That might be just me and my fondness but I find it really incredible that Null's first action is trying to protect the player via warning them ("get out while you still can" line, hello). And for better results, Null calls out for you so he can make sure you know about the dangers and get the player to leave. Therefore, ensuring your safety.
